After a week of intense blogging and cautious feedback from friends and readers, we have decided to do major renovations to this blog. First of all, we will be shifting to a new theme. We have decided on this for quite some time now and we have picked a significantly different theme focused on minimalism. We have also decided to add new categories but at the same time limit daily posts so as to avoid burnout and to allow newer readers to keep up with the pace. The focus of this blog remains the same. We hope you’ll enjoy the changes that we will be doing to this blog.

UPDATE!!! READ AFTER THE BREAK TO SEE WHAT’S NEW
As you may have noticed, we have now entered a new phase for this blog. After hours of testing, editing, modifying and further testing, we have now finalized our new blog design. The change may be a bit too radical for some but we love it and we’re very excited about this new look. So what has changed??
The screenshot above shows our old blog design. Compare that to our new blog design as shown in the screenshot below that or feel free to browse through our home page. We still maintained the grey/black color scheme but got rid of the grunge type artwork in the background as we felt it was not appropriate for the content of this blog. We added a header image appropriate to the blog’s content. And we did a major cleanup of our sidebar. We chose to just stick with the Categories not only because it adds to the minimalism but also because posting only the categories in the sidebar will help the readers navigate this site better as compared to the Calendar or Recent Posts or even the Archives. We will modify the sidebar anytime we feel the need to. We also modified the menus adding our contact email in the ‘Who We Are’ submenu as we feel the need for communication among our readers.
We also added a new category: the Video of the Day. The title itself pretty much says all about the category. Since I can’t upload directly to this blog, I’ll just grab videos from Youtube, Dailymotion, or other video sharing services. Other new features are still planned and we plan to implement some in the coming weeks. We hope you enjoy the new changes to this blog as much as we enjoyed working on it.
